Sales team incentives

Use RockifyERP data to calculate incentives for your sales team based on targets met.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Run the Sales Person Target Variance report for the period.
  2. Export it and apply your incentive scheme.
  3. Pay incentives as an additional salary component through payroll.

Tip: Keep the scheme simple. Team members should be able to work out their own incentive.
