Sales targets for sales persons

Set monthly or quarterly sales targets for each sales person in RockifyERP and track progress against them.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the sales person.
  2. In the Targets table, add the item group, fiscal year and target quantity or amount.
  3. Choose a monthly distribution if targets vary by season.
  4. Run the Sales Person Target Variance report to see progress.

Tip: Share the variance report weekly. Visible targets motivate.
