Stock reservation

Stock reservation in RockifyERP holds stock for a sales order so it can’t be sold to someone else.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Turn on stock reservation in Stock Settings.
  2. On a submitted sales order, click Reserve for the items.
  3. Reserved stock shows as unavailable for other orders until it’s delivered or the reservation is cancelled.

Tip: Reserve only for confirmed, paid or high-priority orders, or stock gets tied up.
