Sales order types

RockifyERP sales orders can be for Sales, Maintenance or Shopping Cart, which changes how they’re processed.

What you need to know

  • Sales: the normal type for goods and services.
  • Maintenance: for service contracts, linked to maintenance schedules and visits.
  • Shopping Cart: orders placed through an online shop.

Tip: Most businesses only use Sales.
