Customer portal

The RockifyERP customer portal lets customers log in to see their quotations, orders, invoices and statements, and download PDFs.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Make sure the customer’s contact has an email address.
  2. On the contact, click Invite as User.
  3. The customer receives an email to set their password.
  4. They log in to the portal and see only their own documents.

Tip: Portal access cuts calls asking for invoice copies.
