Addresses and address templates

Addresses in RockifyERP store billing and shipping locations for customers and suppliers. The address template controls how they print.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the customer and click New Address.
  2. Choose the type (Billing or Shipping), and enter the street, town, county or region and country.
  3. Tick Preferred Billing or Preferred Shipping, then Save.
  4. To change the print layout, edit the Address Template for your country.

Tip: Add a separate shipping address for each delivery location so delivery notes go to the right place.
