Contacts
Contacts in RockifyERP store people at your customers and suppliers, with their phone numbers and emails.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the customer and click New Contact, or go to Contact and click + Add.
- Enter the name, phone and email, and link them to the customer.
- Tick Is Primary Contact or Is Billing Contact as needed.
- Save.
Tip: The billing contact’s email is used for invoices and statements. Keep it current.
