Selling in RockifyERP
The Selling module in RockifyERP takes you from quotation to cash: customers, price lists, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
What you need to know
- Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery Note → Sales Invoice → Payment Entry.
- Each step is created from the previous one, so nothing is typed twice.
- Stock, receivables and income update automatically as each step is submitted.
Tip: Small shops can skip steps, for example invoicing directly with Update Stock ticked.
