CRM settings

CRM Settings control how leads and opportunities behave in RockifyERP, such as automatic opportunity creation and duplicate checks.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for CRM Settings.
  2. Review options such as creating an opportunity from each new lead and the default quotation validity.
  3. Save.

Tip: Turn on duplicate checking on email and phone to avoid two salespeople chasing the same lead.
