Unexpected numbers in your statements

If a RockifyERP report shows a figure you didn’t expect, work through these checks.

What you need to know

  • Filters: check the company, dates, cost centre and finance book.
  • Drafts: only submitted documents appear in reports.
  • Wrong account: drill down and check which documents posted there.
  • Back-dated entries: someone may have posted into an earlier period.
  • Opening balances: check the Temporary Opening account is zero.

Tip: Drilling down from the figure is always the quickest way to the answer.
