Profit and loss statement

The profit and loss statement in RockifyERP shows income, expenses and net profit for a period.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Go to Accounting › Reports › Profit and Loss Statement.
  2. Choose the company, the period (for example monthly for this fiscal year) and any cost centre or dimension filter.
  3. Review each line and click a figure to see the entries behind it.
  4. Export to Excel or print with your letterhead.

Tip: Compare month by month to spot unusual spikes in costs early.
