Fix accounting dimension problems

Common issues with accounting dimensions in RockifyERP and how to fix them.

What you need to know

  • Field missing on a document: the dimension wasn’t enabled for that document type. Check the dimension’s settings.
  • Mandatory error: the dimension is mandatory for that account type. Fill it in or change the setting.
  • Different value in the ledger: item or account defaults may override the document. Check the defaults.

Tip: After changing dimension settings, test with one new document before bulk work.
