Invoicing in USD and other currencies

To invoice a customer in USD or another currency in RockifyERP, set their billing currency first.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the customer and set Billing Currency to USD and the USD receivable account.
  2. Create a sales invoice. Prices and totals show in USD, with the KES equivalent below.
  3. Receive payment into your USD bank account, or into a KES account at the bank’s rate.

Tip: Use a USD price list for USD customers so rates don’t need converting by hand.
