Multi-currency accounting
In RockifyERP, foreign-currency invoices and payments post to the ledger in your company currency, while keeping the original amounts for statements.
What you need to know
- Invoices store both the transaction currency and the company-currency amount.
- Payments at a different rate create an exchange gain or loss automatically.
- Customer statements can be shown in the customer’s currency.
Tip: Each foreign-currency customer needs a receivable account in that currency.
