Exchange rates
RockifyERP looks up the exchange rate for each foreign-currency document from the Currency Exchange list, or fetches it automatically.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Currency Exchange and click + Add.
- Enter the date, the From and To currencies (for example USD to KES) and the rate.
- Choose whether it applies to buying, selling or both, then Save.
Tip: Agree with your accountant whether to use central bank rates or your bank’s rates, and be consistent.
