KRA eTIMS invoices

KRA requires VAT-registered and many other businesses in Kenya to send invoices through eTIMS. RockifyERP can be connected so invoices go through automatically.

What you need to know

  • When connected: submitting a sales invoice in RockifyERP sends it to eTIMS, and the KRA reference is saved on the invoice.
  • Invoice list: the Sent to eTIMS column shows which invoices went through.
  • Corrections: use a credit note rather than cancelling an invoice already sent.
  • Setup: the RockifyERP team configures the connection with your KRA credentials.

Tip: If an invoice didn’t go through, don’t create a duplicate. Ask RockifyERP support to resend it.
