Tax template row types
Each row in a RockifyERP tax template has a type that decides how the tax is calculated.
What you need to know
- On Net Total: a percentage of the invoice net total. Used for most VAT.
- On Previous Row Amount / Total: tax on another tax or charge.
- Actual: a fixed amount, such as a delivery fee.
- On Item Quantity: a fixed amount per unit, used for some excise duties.
Tip: Most East African VAT setups only need On Net Total.
