Item tax templates
Item tax templates let one item carry a different rate from the rest of the invoice in RockifyERP, such as zero-rated or exempt goods.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Item Tax Template and click + Add.
- Add the tax account and the rate for this item type, for example VAT at 0%.
- Save, then open the item (or item group) and add the template in its Taxes table.
Tip: Set item tax templates on item groups so new items inherit them automatically.
