Journal entries with many rows

For journal entries with many lines, such as payroll accruals, RockifyERP lets you import or paste the rows.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Prepare the rows in Excel with account, party, debit and credit columns.
  2. On the journal entry, use the table’s Upload option, or paste the rows.
  3. Check the totals, then Save and Submit.

Tip: Keep large entries under a few hundred rows so they save quickly.
