Difference entry

When a journal entry doesn’t balance by a small amount, the Difference Entry button in RockifyERP adds a balancing row for you.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Enter your journal entry rows.
  2. Click Make Difference Entry.
  3. Choose the account for the difference, then Save.

Tip: Investigate any difference larger than a few shillings before posting it.
