The locked ledger

RockifyERP can lock the general ledger so posted entries can never be changed, only reversed. Auditors like this.

What you need to know

  • With the immutable ledger on, cancelling a document posts reversing entries instead of deleting the originals.
  • Every correction is visible in the general ledger.
  • Reports show the original and the reversal on their own dates.
