Modes of payment

A mode of payment in RockifyERP describes how money moves, such as Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Card, M-Pesa, MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, and links it to an account.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Mode of Payment and click + Add.
  2. Enter a name and choose the type: Cash, Bank or General.
  3. In the accounts table, choose the company and the default account.
  4. Save.

Tip: Name modes after real channels, such as M-Pesa Paybill 123456, so reconciliation is obvious.
