Recurring invoices with Auto Repeat
Auto Repeat makes RockifyERP copy an invoice or order on a schedule, for example monthly rent or retainers.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Create and submit the first sales invoice.
- Open the ⋯ menu and choose Repeat.
- Set the Frequency, the start and end dates, and whether to email the customer automatically.
- Save. RockifyERP creates the copies on each date.
Tip: Check the first automatic copy carefully before letting it run unattended.
