Why one receivable account is enough
RockifyERP tracks each customer’s balance inside a single receivable account, so you don’t need an account per customer.
What you need to know
- The general ledger stores the customer (the party) on every receivable entry.
- The Accounts Receivable report and customer ledger show each customer’s balance.
- Separate receivable accounts are only needed for different currencies or legal reasons.
Tip: Fewer accounts make the balance sheet cleaner and reconciliation faster.
