Subscriptions and recurring billing

Subscriptions in RockifyERP bill customers automatically on a schedule, ideal for rentals, maintenance contracts and software services.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Create a Subscription Plan with the item, price and billing interval, for example monthly.
  2. Create a Subscription for the customer, choose the plan and the start date.
  3. Set whether invoices are generated at the start or end of each period.
  4. Save. RockifyERP creates the invoices on each billing date.

Tip: Use Subscription Settings to decide whether unpaid subscriptions are cancelled after a grace period.
