Merge two accounts
If the same account was created twice, you can merge them in RockifyERP so all entries end up in one place.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the account you want to remove.
- Click the title and choose Rename.
- Enter the exact name of the account you want to keep and tick Merge with existing.
- Confirm. RockifyERP moves every entry to the remaining account.
Tip: Both accounts must have the same type, root type and currency, and both must be ledgers or both groups.
