Payment terms templates
A payment terms template combines several payment terms, so one invoice can be due in instalments in RockifyERP.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Payment Terms Template and click + Add.
- Add each term with its Invoice Portion. For example, 30% Deposit due immediately and 70% Balance due in 30 days.
- Make sure the portions add up to 100%, then click Save.
- Choose the template on customers, suppliers, quotations or invoices.
Tip: The invoice’s payment schedule table shows each instalment, and receivable reports age each one separately.
