Download or delete personal data
Data protection laws in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and elsewhere let people ask for a copy of their personal data, or for it to be deleted. RockifyERP has tools for both.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Personal Data Download Request or Personal Data Deletion Request.
- Create the request for the person’s email address.
- For downloads, RockifyERP gathers their personal data into a file you can send them.
- For deletions, an administrator reviews and approves the request. RockifyERP anonymises the personal details while keeping financial records you must keep by law.
Tip: Keep a record of each request and when you completed it. Your data protection officer may need it.
