Start fresh but keep your masters

After a trial period, many businesses want to keep customers, suppliers, items and accounts in RockifyERP but remove all trial transactions.

What you need to know

  • What is kept: customers, suppliers, items, price lists, accounts, warehouses, employees and settings.
  • What is removed: invoices, orders, payments, stock movements and journal entries for that company.
  • How: use Delete Transactions on the company, as described in Delete company transactions.
  • Afterwards: enter opening stock and opening balances as at your go-live date.

Tip: Agree your go-live date with your accountant before you reset, so opening balances match your last set of books.
