Delete company transactions

Before going live, you may want to clear test transactions from RockifyERP while keeping your setup. Deleting company transactions removes every transaction for one company.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Take a backup first.
  2. Open the Company record.
  3. Open the ⋯ menu and choose Delete Transactions.
  4. Type the company name to confirm. RockifyERP deletes the transactions in the background.

Tip: This can’t be undone. Only administrators can do it, and only use it before go-live or with your accountant’s agreement.
