Overwrite data with an import

Use an Update Existing Records import to correct many records at once in RockifyERP, for example fixing customer phone numbers or item prices.

How to do it in RockifyERP

Export the records you want to change, including the ID column.
Correct the values in Excel. Don’t change the ID column.
In Data Import, choose Update Existing Records and attach the file.
Check the preview, then click Start Import.

Tip: Only include the columns you want to change. Blank cells in included columns can overwrite good data.
