Rename records in bulk

Bulk rename changes the names or codes of many records at once, for example tidying up item codes after a migration.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Rename Tool.
  2. Choose the Document Type.
  3. Upload a CSV with two columns: the current name and the new name.
  4. Click Rename. RockifyERP updates every transaction that refers to those records.

Tip: Renaming touches every linked document, so run it outside working hours on large datasets.
