Export data from RockifyERP
You can export almost any list in RockifyERP to Excel or CSV for analysis, audits or sharing with your accountant.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the list you want, for example Sales Invoice.
- Use the filters to narrow it down, for example to this month.
- Select the rows you need, or leave none selected to export everything that matches the filters.
- Open the ⋯ or Actions menu and choose Export.
- Choose the fields to include and the file type, then click Export.
Tip: For a large export with child tables, such as invoice items, use the Data Export tool, which lets you pick fields from both the document and its items.
