Fix Not permitted errors

A Not permitted or Insufficient permission message in RockifyERP means your roles don’t allow that action on that record.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Note the exact message and the document you were working on.
  2. Ask your administrator to check your roles and Role Permissions Manager for that document.
  3. Check User Permissions. You may be limited to a company, branch or warehouse that doesn’t match the record.
  4. For reports, check Role Permission for Page and Report.

Tip: Send your administrator a screenshot of the message. It names the document and the missing permission, which speeds up the fix.
