System users and website users

RockifyERP has two kinds of users. System users are your staff; website users are customers or suppliers who use the portal.

What you need to know

  • System user: works inside RockifyERP and has roles.
  • Website user: logs in to the customer or supplier portal to see their own orders, invoices or quotations. They can’t see the main system.
  • To change the type, open the user and set User Type.

Tip: Give customers portal access so they can download their own invoices and statements, which saves your accounts team time.
