Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) asks for a one-time code as well as a password, protecting RockifyERP accounts even if a password leaks.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open System Settings and tick Enable Two Factor Auth.
  2. Choose the method: an authenticator app, SMS or email.
  3. Choose which roles must use it, or apply it to everyone.
  4. Click Save. Users set up their second factor at their next login.

Tip: Make 2FA compulsory for anyone with accounting, payroll or administrator access.
