Disable a user

When someone leaves, disable their RockifyERP user straight away. Their history stays, but they can’t log in.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Go to Users › User and open the person’s account.
  2. Untick Enabled.
  3. Click Save. Their active sessions end.

Tip: Never delete users who have created transactions. Disabling keeps the audit trail intact.
