Control who can export and print
Exporting to Excel and printing can expose sensitive data. RockifyERP lets you control both per role.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open Role Permissions Manager and choose the document or report.
- For each role, tick or untick Export and Print.
- For reports, also check the report’s own roles in Role Permission for Page and Report.
Tip: If a user says the Export option is missing, this setting is the first place to check.
