System settings

System Settings control how RockifyERP behaves for everyone: date format, time zone, password rules, session length and more. Only administrators can change them.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for System Settings and open it.
  2. Set the Country, Time Zone, Date Format and Number Format.
  3. Under security, set the Session Expiry, minimum password strength and whether two-factor authentication is required.
  4. Click Save.

Tip: Changing the date format affects every user straight away. Agree it with the team first.
