All Rockify ERP clients receive free basic training during implementation. Training focuses on essential system usage, user roles, and daily operational workflows to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
One-Time Setup & Deployment
USD 1,000 — One-Time Fee
This covers the complete installation and deployment of Rockify ERP by Rocklink Web Services. The service includes environment preparation, system installation, security configuration, core module setup, and production readiness. Deployment can be done on Rockify-managed servers or on the client’s own server infrastructure, depending on operational requirements.
Hosting & Infrastructure
Option A: Hosting on Rockify Servers
From USD 10 per month
Rockify ERP can be hosted on Rockify-managed servers, with pricing starting from USD 10 per month. Final hosting costs depend on server specifications, including CPU, RAM, storage, and workload requirements. Hosting includes infrastructure management, system availability, backups, and monitoring.
Option B: Client-Owned Servers
Clients may choose to host Rockify ERP on their own servers. In this case, Rocklink Web Services will handle deployment, configuration, and system readiness on the provided infrastructure.
Customization
All Rockify ERP customization and system adjustments are handled by Rocklink Web Services. This includes workflow configuration, document templates, approval processes, reports, integrations, and operational tuning. Ongoing customization services are available to support evolving business processes and organizational growth.
Customization is not mandatory only essential for stuff like atomated workflows and such.
Support & Maintenance
Clients hosted on Rockify-managed servers receive ongoing technical support as part of their hosting arrangement.
Clients who self-host Rockify ERP receive free support for the first year after deployment.
From year two onwards, self-hosted clients subscribe to a paid support plan covering maintenance, troubleshooting, and system assistance.
Rockify ERP is an enterprise business system professionally implemented and supported by Rocklink Web Services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and long-term operational success.
